State Police in Schuylkill County say they’ll be conducting sobriety checkpoints and patrols over the next few weeks.
The Frackville barracks says it’ll be increasing DUI patrols between July 25-27. The increased patrols will also include a sobriety checkpoint.
Troopers from the Schuylkill Haven barracks say they’ll conduct DUI checkpoints on roads in their coverage area between Aug. 1-16.
Police say they’ll be on the lookout for motorists who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Results of these patrols will be reported upon their conclusion, police say.
