Nearly 50 drivers from across Schuylkill County waited out a little bit of rain for Saturday’s 2024 Pottsville Area Soap Box Derby.
The Soap Box Derby was held on Laurel Blvd. in Pottsville and consisted of three divisions of racers: Stock, Super Stock, and Masters.
After all the racing was complete, three drivers were crowned champions of those divisions and now advance to the 86th FirstEnergy All-American Soap Box Derby World Championships in Akron, Ohio, from July 14-20.
Here are the final results from each of the divisions during Saturday’s running of the Pottsville Area Soap Box Derby:
Stock Division
