Here are the final scores from Week 1 of the 2020 Schuylkill League Football season.
Games were held Friday, September 11. Most of the opening week games pitted Schuylkill League teams against each other. However, due to some COVID-related scheduling issues, three teams didn’t play, Minersville, Williams Valley and Tri-Valley.
A game between Williams Valley and Pine Grove was cancelled so the Cardinals picked up a game against Northern Lebanon. Tri-Valley has suspended all fall sports until Oct. 2. Minersville and Tri-Valley were also cancelled.

Next week, Williams Valley returns to the field but Tri-Valley will stay on the sidelines, not returning until Week 4.
