Let’s meet the newest member of the Canary Rescue Crew: Sugar.
OK, Sugar’s name may be a bit misleading but in the right situation, Sugar will surely learn to trust the person who gives her the forever home she and every cat deserves.
She’s currently waiting for adoption at Hillside SPCA.
Sugar is a 12-year-old Siamese with a beautiful buff coat.
At some point in her life, someone made the unfortunate decision to have her front paws declawed and without that line of defense, Sugar sometimes uses her mouth to stand her ground.
All Sugar needs though is someone with some patience and a place in their home to allow her to learn to trust again. She’s ready to live out her sunset years in a quiet place and she definitely deserves that.
Adopt a Pet at Hillside SPCA
Hillside SPCA is located at 51 SPCA Rd., Pottsville.
Visitation and adoption hours are from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. every day of the week.
