Welcome to the Canary Rescue Crew on Coal Region Canary. Every day, we are putting the spotlight on an adoptable pet from shelters and rescues across Schuylkill County waiting for a forever home.
Today’s crew member is Valkyrie. Valkyrie is a 5½-year-old French bulldog mix who’s been dazzling the crew at Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA for 544 days.
Medium-sized and mighty in personality, she’s our go-to girl for events, public outings, and stealing hearts wherever she goes.
She’s wonderfully social, loves people of all ages (especially kids!), and thrives in the spotlight. Valkyrie must be the only pet in the home. She prefers to be the solo star of your life.
If you’re looking for a sweet, confident companion who’s already a local celebrity, Valkyrie’s your girl.
