Police are on the lookout for an armed robbery suspect who pulled off a heist Monday night in Schuylkill County.
Shortly before 9 p.m. Monday, police say a white male entered Sam’s Place Lottery and Tobacco in Rush Township. The man approached the sales clerk, brandished a firearm and demanded money from the cash register.
With money from the register in hand, he exited the store and fled on foot, south toward the parking lot.
Police say the suspect was wearing a distinctive red and blue flannel jacket, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers. He was also wearing black gloves, a black shiesty, and black hood pulled up in an attempt to conceal his face.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is being asked to contact State Police-Frackville at 570-874-5300. Information that leads to an arrest is eligible for a cash reward.
