Mrs. T’s Pierogies Promotes Dominic Tedesco to National Account Manager, Retail Sales

Local native earns national sales role

Ateeco, Inc., producer of Mrs. T’s® Pierogies, is proud to announce the promotion of Dominic Tedesco to National Account Manager, Retail Sales.

Dominic began his career with Mrs. T’s in 2020 as a Business Analyst on the Revenue Growth Management Team, where he specialized in data analytics and sales support. His talent and drive quickly earned him a promotion to Senior Business Analyst in 2023. In 2024, Dominic joined the Sales Team as Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Grand Rapids, and Buffalo regions.

In his new role, Dominic will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key national retailers, including Walmart, Kroger, Aldi, Lidl, and Club accounts. He will execute customer-level business plans designed to deliver profitable growth across the retail landscape.

To support this transition, Robin Wethli has been hired as Regional Sales Manager, assuming Dominic’s former role. In this position, she will focus on retail sales across the Pittsburgh, Midwest, and West markets, bringing a wealth of knowledge and industry experience.

“Dominic’s analytical expertise, customer focus, and leadership have been invaluable to our team,” said Kasunich. “We’re excited to see him take on this expanded role and continue driving success for Mrs. T’s at the national level” ~ Suzanne Kasunich, Vice President of Sales

Dominic is a lifelong resident of Schuylkill County, graduating from Shenandoah Valley High School in 2011. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in economics from Shippensburg University and a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University. Dominic and his wife, Alexandria, an educator at North Schuylkill Elementary, now live in Frackville along with their two children, Austin and Lainey.

About Mrs. T’s Pierogies

In 1952, Ted Twardzik Sr. dreamed of starting a food company inspired by his mother’s pierogy recipe. He remembered how popular the Polish dumplings were at church festivals and thought people would be excited to purchase them from their local grocery stores year-round.

Later that year, Ted sold the very first pierogy samples to his local grocery store in Shenandoah, PA, and to honor his mother Mary Twardzik – the Mrs. T – he called his company Mrs. T’s Pierogies.

Now, more than 70 years later, Mrs. T’s Pierogies is the largest producer of frozen pierogies, producing 600 million pierogies a year.
