Schuylkill County Man Says Trump and Harris Signs Triggered Him to Throw Dog Poop on Neighbor’s Porch … Four Times

All incidents reportedly happened in about a week

A Schuylkill County man says Trump and Harris signs triggered him to throw dog poop on a neighbor’s porch four different times last month.

Police in Saint Clair say they were called to a home on S. Mill St. on Oct. 21 for a report of a person leaving bags of dog crap on their porch.

The person said this wasn’t the first time. In fact, it was the fourth time it happened in the last eight days.

Police say they received photo and video evidence of the suspect. Later that day, a person – later identified as Jeffrey Houtz-Arroyo, 34, of Saint Clair – walking three dogs on E. Lawton St. was stopped because he looked like the person in those images.

During a conversation with Houtz-Arroyo, police say he admitted, “There was a trash can I threw my poop on that was on their porch the other day.”

When police say they said there’s video proof that he did this on four separate instances, Houtz-Arroyo reportedly then said, “It was the Trump and Kamala Harris signs they just took down that I had an issue with a couple of times when I walked past.

Police have charged Houtz-Arroyo with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct as well as summary offenses for harassment and scattering rubbish.
