It’s Furiday Friends on Coal Region Canary!
Every week, we team up with Hillside SPCA to introduce pets waiting for their forever home.
Meet Taj and Killian — two 5-month-old brothers who prove that the best things really do come in pairs. These playful kittens are bursting with personality, curiosity, and brotherly love.
Killian is the snuggler of the duo. He’s affectionate, social, and gets along great with both cats and dogs. Taj is a little more independent — he’s been known to cozy up to a dog before a human — and he has a mild case of CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia), which just gives him a bit of extra wobble and a lot of extra charm.
Together, they’re unstoppable. They love to wrestle, chase spring toys, and go wild for the laser pointer. Whether they’re zooming around or collapsing into a cuddle pile afterward, Taj and Killian are guaranteed to bring double the fun and double the heart to any home.
Because these brothers share such a close bond, we’d love to see them adopted together — two kittens, one lifelong friendship.

Visitation and adoption hours are from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. every day of the week.
