A Northampton County woman has been charged following an alleged domestic dispute earlier this week in Schuylkill County.
State Police say they responded to a home in North Manheim Township on Aug. 20, shortly before 5 p.m., for a domestic dispute report.
At the scene, police say they spoke with the victim of this alleged incident who told them that he was punched multiple times in the face by his girlfriend, Erica Fritzinger, 37, of Walnutport, Northampton County.
Fritzinger then allegedly hit him with a lawn chair and as he was defending himself against being hit with the chair, the Schuylkill County man said she bit him on the elbow.
Police say a bite mark was visible on the man’s left elbow and that video surveillance footage captured by a Ring doorbell camera proves his story to be true.
Fritzinger was arraigned Wednesday night before Magisterial District Judge AJ Serina and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing on these charges is scheduled for Sept. 2.

Im curious how a man of this size becomes the victim in a situation where clearly any real man would be able to simply disregard the non-threatening individualinstead of playing damsel in distress. I would be embarrassed to ever identify as a real man for the remaining days of my life and I demand this idiot hand over his stones immediately for his actions are that of a homosexual that hasn’t yet gained clearance from the closet he thrives inside..
