A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Minersville man accused of making physical unwanted advances on a woman on Wednesday.
According to court documents, police in Minersville were dispatched to a home on N. Fourth St. shortly after 6 p.m. on Wednesday for a reported domestic assault.
At the scene, police say they spoke with the victim of the alleged assault who said her attacker had just fled out of the residence.
The victim reportedly told police that Michael Domagala, 47, made unwanted sexual advances on her and became irate when he was denied. He allegedly physically assaulted her and verbally abused her.
Domagala allegedly struck the victim twice while she fought back against his aggression.
Magisterial District Judge AJ Serina signed a warrant for Domagala’s arrest on Wednesday night.
He’s wanted on charges of simple assault and harassment.
