Two Schuylkill County men have been indicted by federal grand juries on charges they were trafficking methamphetamine.
Indictments against Mark Thompson, 49, of Ashland, and Darious Felder, 34, of Shenandoah, were handed down earlier this month.
The indictments allege that Thompson and Felder, between January and April, conspired with others in Luzerne County to distribute methamphetamine or a mixed substance that contained detectable amounts of methamphetamine.
On three separate occasions between March and April of this year, authorities allege that Felder possessed and intended to distribute 50 grams or more of those substances.
Thompson is accused of intending to distribute methamphetamine on April 8, according to information from the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
If each is found guilty, they are facing up to 20 years in federal prison.
