A Minersville area woman is facing several charges after police say she pepper-sprayed two juveniles, including her own child, in the face.
According to court documents, police in Branch Township were called to a residence there on the afternoon of July 8 for a reported domestic altercation.
As police arrived, EMS personnel were already on the scene. Police say they witnessed the suspect—identified as Suleidy Planche, 44—behind a gate yelling at people near the ambulance at the scene.
The responding officer writes in an affidavit that he’s “very familiar” with the suspect.
At the scene, police observed two juveniles running around, yelling in pain and showing visible signs of distress from pepper spray.
A witness reportedly told police that her son went to Planche’s house to visit Planche’s child. Around 2 p.m., the witness says she received a phone call from her son saying that Planche had pepper-sprayed him and his friend in the face.
As police attempted to gather more information, Planche reportedly continued yelling, which police attribute to her being heavily intoxicated.
One of the juveniles told police that he and his friend were upstairs when his mother came into the room and pepper-sprayed them both.
Planche was taken into custody and later released to her husband. She is charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, and counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Suleidy Planche. Now there is a native Schuylkill county name-NOT. This used to be such a beautiful county, not anymore.
