A Schuylkill County man who claims he was once bailed out of jail after a mob shootout by Donald Trump and that his relatives were at a Chuck E. Cheese and involved in sex trafficking is now facing charges of burglary, illegal gun possession, theft, and receiving stolen property.
This peculiar story all started on the night of Dec. 9, at about 8 p.m. on W. Union St. in Schuylkill Haven.
Schuylkill Haven Police say they were dispatched to an address there for a report of a stolen gun safe. While on the scene, police say Michael Francisco, 33, was standing in the doorway of his residence and arguing with the victims saying his Social Security card and birth certificate were inside the safe.
The victims told police that they were in New Jersey for the day visiting relatives and when they got home, they noticed a gun safe was missing and it appeared a door to their home was kicked in. Inside that safe, they told police, were some Christmas presents and a number of guns, including an AK-47, an AR-15, a hunting rifle, and numerous handguns.
After going back and forth with the victims attempting to identify the specific guns they say were stolen, one of the victims called police at about 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 10 saying the Francisco called them and admitted to stealing the safe and the guns inside.
Police returned to Francisco’s home and after finally making contact with him, he walked out with his hands and wrists together, preparing to be arrested. That’s when things went a bit off the rails.
Francisco told police that if they arrest him, there’s a lot that is going to come out, according to the criminal complaint filed by SHPD. Police say Francisco went on a bit of an unhinged rant allegedly saying he ha to steal the guns in order to have “another shootout with “linch” and the Russian mob.
Police say they asked Francisco about the location of the guns he allegedly stole. He led police to the second floor of his home, to a spare room, and inside where there was a duffel bag with the firearms inside. Francisco said he crushed the safe.
Once the duffel bag was secured and taken to the first floor, the victims confirmed that everything inside were items in their safe.
Francisco continued on his rant, however. This time, he claimed to have purchased more than $100,000 in vehicles from “Linch” but said he wasn’t allowed to take the vehicles because he owned them more money.
The rant continued with Francisco also reportedly telling police that his relatives were at a New Jersey Chuck E. Cheese and were involved in sex trafficking. Francisco continued by saying the first time he had a shootout, he got arrested. But he then claimed that he was bailed out of jail by “DT”.
Francisco asked police if they knew who he was referencing by those intials. Police said they didn’t so Francisco revealed that his bail money came from Trump. He told police that he was telling the truth and to check his record. Police say they simply responded by saying he’d be getting served by mail.
After wrapping up with the victims on this call, police say they were encountered by Francisco again. Francisco reportedly said he wasn’t lying about what he’d said so far, specifically about the arrest. He told police to look up the last four digits of his Social Security number and they’d confirm what he was saying. Francisco said he couldn’t reveal the judge’s name in that case but said that the judge and himself are on the Russian mob’s hit list.
Francisco was arraigned before District Magistrate AJ Serina on the evening of Dec. 11 and remanded to Schuylkill County Prison on $50,000 bail, which hasn’t been posted. He’ll have to answer to felony charges of burglary, illegal gun possession, theft, and receiving stolen property at a preliminary hearing currently scheduled for Dec. 17.
