The Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office and Schuylkill County Detectives have named Rashawn Allen Primer as their Fugitive of the Week.
They’re asking for the public’s help in locating Primer.
Primer, 31, is described as a black man standing 5-10 and weighing about 290 pounds.
Authorities say Primer failed to show up at Schuylkill County Prison on Oct. 22 to begin serving a sentence after being convicted on misdemeanor charges of theft and receiving stolen property.
Primer’s last known address is 109 E. Lloyd St. in Shenandoah.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Primer or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County, is asked to call the District Attorney’s Office at 570-628-1350, or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988. You may also e-mail tips to dadd@co.schuylkill.pa.us.
Anyone who may see or come in contact with Primer is asked to call the Schuylkill County 9-1-1 Center immediately.
