Furiday Friends: Let’s Get These Critters Into a Home for the Holidays

Let’s get Teeter, Monica, Minx, and Onyx a fur-ever home today.

Our Furiday Friends are back, and what better time to open your heart and home to a new furry companion than during the holiday season?

The pets featured this week are ready to find their forever homes and would make the perfect addition to your family’s festivities.

Take a look at their profiles and consider making them part of your home today.

Now, let’s meet this week’s Furiday Friends:

Teeter

We’re going back to the Yellowstone for this week’s cats. Teeter is about 6 months old and very friendly.

She’s outgoing and playful and ready for a best friend.

Teeter is FIV and leukemia negative.

Monica

Monica is also about 6 months old but a bit more shy than Teeter. She’s a bit timid but with a little time, can be a great addition to your home. She’s young and impressionable.

Monica is also negative for FIV and leukemia.

Minx

Minx is a shepherd mix between 1-2 years old.

She’s described as very smart and good with dogs. They say Minx has a lot of potential to be a great dog to an owner that’s got some patience to work with her.

Minx is not good with cats and would only work in a home with older kids or no kids. She can sometimes get overwhelmed when a lot of things are happening in the room.

Onyx

Onyx is a 4- or 5-year-old pit mix. She’s a favorite of the staff at the shelter.

Onyx gets along well with calm male dogs. She can be cat-tested. A little warm-up time is needed to get to know Onyx but once she does, she’ll be a lovebug. One thing’s certain: she loves food.
