Schuylkill County Historical Society will be presenting a pair of boilo making classes ahead of the big year-end holidays.
If you’ve never sampled or made the coal region cocktail, you want to improve upon your recipe, or you go for the samples, these events are perfect for you.
The boilo making classes will be held at the Schuylkill County Historical Society headquarters at 305 N. Centre St. in Pottsville on Nov. 14 and Dec. 12. Classes begin at 6 p.m. each night.
Cost for each class is $30 for Historical Society members and $35 for the general public. Samples will be provided.
