Schuylkill County Fugitive of the Week: Cassidy Long

Wanted for failing to appear at prison to begin serving a sentence.

The Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office and Schuylkill County Detectives have named Cassidy Long as their Fugitive of the Week.

They’re asking for the public’s help in locating Long.

Long, 41, is identified as a white man, standing 5-6 and weighs about 160 pounds.

Authorities say Long is wanted for failing to appear to begin serving a sentence at Schuylkill County Prison on Oct. 4. Long was convicted on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Long’s last known address is 21 W. Patterson St., Saint Clair.  

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Long or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County, is asked to call the District Attorney’s Office at 570-628-1350, or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988. You may also e-mail tips to dadd@co.schuylkill.pa.us.

Anyone who may see or come in contact with Long is asked to call the Schuylkill County 9-1-1 Center immediately.
