The Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office and Schuylkill County Detectives have named Keith Daniel Benjamin as their Fugitive of the Week.
They’re asking for the public’s help in locating Benjamin.
Benjamin, 40, is identified as a white male. He stands 6-foot tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He’s got a pair of active bench warrants for his arrest.
Authorities say Benjamin failed to appear at Schuylkill County Prison on Aug. 16, per an order from the Schuylkill County Drug Treatment Court.
Original charges from Benjamin’s first case include a second-degree felony for burglary, a third-degree felony for criminal trespass and misdemeanors for possessing an instrument of crime, theft of secondary metal, drug possession, and paraphernalia possession.
In Benjamin’s second case, he’s charged with misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia possession.
Benjamin’s last known address is 301 Pine St. in Mahanoy City.
