Motorcycle Reported Stolen in Tamaqua

Police in Tamqua are looking for a man they suspect stole a motorcycle in the borough on Tuesday.

Surveillance photos were released by Tamaqua PD showing a man wearing a backwards baseball hat, long-sleeved gray shirt and black pants apparently approaching the bike. Those photos show him putting on a pair of black gloves. 

The alleged theft happened in the area of N. Lehigh St. in Tamaqua at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 9. 

Reported stolen is a black 2020 Harley Davidson XL 1200 sportster motocycle.

Anyone with information on this reported theft is asked to call Tamaqua PD at 570-668-5000.
