Man Escapes Serious Injury in Rollover Crash Near Minersville

A man was taken to a local hospital Saturday morning following a vehicle rollover crash in Branch Township.

The crash happened along Route 209, just shy of Llewellyn at about 8 a.m. Saturday. A male driver escaped serious injuries and is believed to have only suffered scrapes to his face, according to emergency dispatches from Schuylkill County 9-1-1.

Good Intent Hose Co. in Llwellyn and Yorkville Hose Co. from Pottsville responded to the scene, along with Pennsylvania State Police.
