Schuylkill County Commissioners held a Work Session meeting on March 20, 2024. This meeting was the first of four evening meetings planned for this year.
The evening hour seemed to have encouraged more people to attend the meeting and the Public Comment portion of the Work Session was more than twice as long as the average morning meeting.
During the Public Comment period, Commissioners heard plenty about the ongoing issues related to biosolids and other companies located in western Schuylkill County. And those residents who voiced their concerns did hear back from the Commissioners in this meeting.
