National Weather Service has placed Schuylkill County under a Winter Weather Advisory ahead of a small snowstorm expected Friday.
The Winter Weather Advisory goes in effect at 1 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19 and expires at 1 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20.
Right now, forecasters are expecting between 2-4 inches of snow with this storm.
The Winter Weather Advisory is also in effect for much of central and eastern Pennsylvania.
This storm, though small in comparison to the larger storm we experienced more than a week ago, could cause widespread travel disruptions just like the storm earlier this week did.
