National Weather Service says snow squalls are possible in Schuylkill County on Sunday with the passage of an Arctic cold front.
Forecasters believe the best chance for Schuylkill County to experience a snow squall on Sunday is between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
NWS warns that a snow squall could cause dangerous conditions on the roadways, as Schuylkill County residents know all too well. When a snow squall happens, motorists are encouraged to avoid traveling.
A snow squall could drop a very fast inch of snow or more. It could cause blinding whiteout conditions.
