Police say they’re investigating an alleged incident involving blackface in Schuylkill County.
According to information released by State Police-Frackville, Troopers were called to High Rd. in Cass Twp. a little after midnight on Dec. 22. Someone reported a blackface mannequin.
The mannequin was hanging from the neck, police say.
An investigation into this incident is ongoing. No other details have been released on this reported incident.

Maybe the police could be better utilized to tamp down the outright SCOURGE of lawlessness in and around our towns and boroughs. Local ordinances simply aren’t enforced anymore, properties and buildings are unkempt and overgrown, theft of all sorts, drug use and trafficking, abandoned vehicles, vandalism, curfews for minors, etc, etc, etc…not a hanging, spray painted mannequin …give us all a freakin’ break from this crap…
…and, to boot, the black on black crime is statistically through the roof nationwide as black on white crimes are largely ignored and unreported, while a spray painted mannequin gets attention… sickening.

C’mon..stop it.. the crime rates are fairly low in Schuylkill County. That is what commissioners are saying.

What does it qualify for? A hate crime? Hopefully Frackville detectives asked the mannequin all the right questions this time..
I guess, for the lack of any civil rights organizations and groups in Schuylkill County, police has to take care of the issue now. Good luck to police!
