Pennsylvania State Police have filed additional sex crimes charges against the owner of a body waxing salon in Wayne Township, Schuylkill County.
According to new information released today by State Police-Schuylkill Haven barracks, the owner of ProSkin Brazilian & Body Waxing Salon, Leonard Serrani, is now facing an additional 3 felony counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault and 11 more misdemeanor counts of Indecent Assault.
Police say they’ve received “numerous complaints” against Serrani after receiving treatment at his salon located at 1628 Long Run Road (Route 443) near Friedensburg.
The charged filed against Serrani on Thursday are in addition to the charges originally filed against him back in May.
To date, Serrani is facing a total of 9 felony Aggravated Indecent Assault charges and 17 misdemeanor Indecent Assault charges.
Serrani was arraigned on the new charges on Thursday morning before District Judge David Rossi. He’s due in court for a preliminary hearing at Rossi’s court on July 19.
Serrani was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
According to our original report back in May, Serrani, 59, was accused by 5 clients of sexual assault while they were receiving his waxing services. The incidents reportedly took place between May 2018 and December 2022.
