State Police say they’ve filed charges against one of two suspects in a reported theft of televisions from a Schuylkill County Walmart late last month.
According to information from the PSP-Frackville barracks, this incident happened some time after 11:40 a.m. on May 29 at the Rush Township (Hometown) Walmart store.
Police say two people left that Walmart with a pair of 75-inch ONN brand 4K Roku smart TVs, valued at $498 apiece. They also reportedly grabbed an ONN brand fixed TV mount, valued at about $21.
According to the police report, the two suspects just left the store with the TVs and accessory without paying for them, got into a black Chrysler Pacifica and fled in an unknown direction.
One of the two suspects has been identified as 22-year-old Isaih Blankson, of Tamaqua. An investigation is still ongoing into the other suspect, police say.
