Schuylkill County Waxing Salon Owner Charged with Indecent Assault of Customers

The owner of a waxing salon in Schuylkill County is facing a number of indecent assault charges.

According to State Police-Schuylkill Haven, Leonard Serrani, of Auburn, was arrested Thursday and charged with 6 counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault for allegedly improperly touching his clients.

Serrani is the owner and operator of ProSkin Brazilian & Body Waxing Salon, 1628 Long Run Rd., Wayne Township.

Police say Serrani, 59, was accused by 5 previous clients of sexual assault while they were receiving waxing services from him. These incidents reportedly took place between May 2018 and December 2022.

Serrani was taken before District Judge David Rossi on Thursday morning and unsecured bail was set at $100,000. He’s scheduled to be back in court for a Preliminary Hearing on May 18 before Rossi.

State Police are continuing their investigation into Serrani’s business and are asking if anyone has information related to their inquiry or believes they were also a victim of him, they’re to called the State Police-Schuylkill Haven Criminal Investigation Unit at 570-754-4600.
