Arlene T. “Sis” Padelsky, 90, of Minersville, passed away Sunday, February 26th, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born in Shamokin on July 6, 1932, a daughter of the late Theresa (Bioletti) and Joseph Vesseliza.
Widow of Joseph F. Padelsky, who died in 2006, she was a member of the former St. Francis of Assisi Church, Minersville and of Saint Matthew the Evangelist Church of the Holy Family Parish, Minersville.
In addition to her parents, and her husband, Joseph, she was preceded in death by a her brothers, Robert, William, and Joseph Vesseliza, daughter-in-law, Stephanie Padelsky, and son-in-law, Dave Kroznuski.
Arlene is survived by her sister, Audrey Vitacco, her daughters, Teri Kroznuski, Jolene, wife of Tom Hinkle, Ranel Brown, Rita Berry, and her partner Steve Stahler, and her son, Jeffrey Padelsky.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Courtney, Shayne, David, Matthew, Thomas, Arlene “Sis”, Trevor, Kristi, Leah, and Taylor. Great grandchildren: Bella, Holden, Avalynn, Coralee, Francis, Josef, Mitzi, Vincent, and Myles.
Arlene’s favorite pastime and greatest joy was making everlasting memories with her many close and lifelong friends, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Private interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
