Michael E. Siluk, Sr. 70 of Middleport passed away Tuesday while at the St. Luke’s Hospital Carbon Campus.
Michael was born March 26, 1952 and raised in New Ringgold by his parents, the late Michael and Mary Siluk.
He was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School in 1970.
Michael worked for ALCOA and Cressona Aluminum for many years.
Michael was an avid pool player and enjoyed the outdoors.
In addition to his parents his is predeceased by his wife, Philemayne, who passed away in 2005. He was also the last of remaining member of his five other siblings who predecease him.
He is survived by his children; Michael Siluk Jr. of Bellefonte, Scott Siluk of Pottsville, William Siluk husband to Marissa of Orwigsburg, and Rebecca McDonough wife of Kevin of Middleport. He is also survived by grandchildren; Michael III, Alyssa, Jessica, Joshua, Benjamin, Anthony, Mary, Samantha, Matthew, Alex, Cassandra, Destiny, and Frank along with numerous great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday at Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven. A viewing will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery in McAdoo at a later date.
