We’re another day closer to the biggest snow storm of 2023 and as we get closer, we’re getting more predictions on just how much snow will fall on Schuylkill County.
As of this morning, forecasts all agree that it will snow on Wednesday morning. And at some point in the afternoon, the snow will start mixing with freezing rain and rain before changing to plain rain on Wednesday evening and night.
They all seem to agree, to a degree, that points south and west in Schuylkill County will get less snow than the interior, north, and east of the county.
What the forecasts don’t agree on just yet is how much snow will fall on Schuylkill County with this storm on Wednesday.
Like we always do, we look at the forecasts from several sources to show you how they differ and agree.

Based on the forecast you follow the most, you can see that this storm could be one that requires a snow shovel and the plows. But there seems to be a chance this will not drop that much snow on the area.
You’ll want to keep an eye on updates on the snow total forecasts throughout the day on Tuesday. They changed quite a bit throughout the day on Monday.
We’ll report back on Wednesday morning with our last prediction roundup before the storm arrives.
