Two people from Shenandoah were bitten by a man high on drugs during an argument late last month.
According to State Police in Frackville, the incident happened back on Oct. 30, at about 6 p.m., on Mt. Vernon St. in Shenandoah.
That’s where two people were involved in an argument. A 65-year-old woman from Shenandoah says Michael Kilkenny, 45, of West Chester, was acting “out of control” after recently “doing drugs,” police report.
The argument turned physical when Kilkenny allegedly bit the woman. The woman reported bite injuries on her neck, forearm, and finger.
During the fight, a neighbor – identified as a 22-year-old man from Shenandoah – tried to break it up. He, too, was bitten, with Kilkenny reportedly sinking his teeth into the man’s right forearm.
Kilkenny was arraigned before District Judge David Plachko and sent to Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000 cash bail. He remains there today. Kilkenny is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 18 before District Judge Anthony Kilker.
