Schuylkill County is holding a Fall Cleanup and Recycling event in several communities starting this week.

The Fall Cleanup is a great time to get rid of a lot of that bulky junk taking up space in your home or on your property.

Among the big items being accepted at the Fall Cleanup locations are tires, furniture, appliances, and other large items that the trash hauler won’t take.

Electronics, however, can’t be discarded at this event.

Some proof of your living in Schuylkill County is required.
