The January 6th Capitol insurrection occurred due to the “original lie” that Biden won due to a fraudulent election.
Rudy Giuliani and his accomplice Sydney Powell lost over 60 court rulings, including two by the US Supreme Court, which has three Trump appointed Justices.
Dominion and Smartmatic, both technology companies involved with the election, sued Giuliani and Powell for defamation.
On Monday, Powell stated that the lawsuit should be thrown out because “reasonable people would not accept such statements as facts.” Her lawyers argued that it is a “well recognized principle that political statements are inherently prone to exaggeration and hyperbole.”
According to Websters, words related to “not reasonable” are – absurd, asinine, brainless, half-witted, simple-minded, and stupid.
Congressman Dan Meuser has stated many times that he believed the election was fraudulent, and voted not to certify Pennsylvania’s electoral votes AFTER the insurrection.
Senator Argall empowered Giuliani by holding a special hearing in Gettysburg following the election.
Meuser received over 36,000 mail-in votes within his 9th District, while Argall received over 11,000 in his smaller precinct.
Now that Sydney Powell has admitted to lying and also insulting your constituents, don’t you think it is time to apologize?

Waiting for an apology for what? You are pathetic and obviously don’t realize what county you live in because Schuylkill County is vastly Republican and doesn’t look kindly on socialist liberal left wing Demorats like yourself who want to suppress the will of the voters. Thank God for people like Rep. Meuser and Sen. Argall who have the courage to stand up to all you left wing radicals.

I agree with this letter to the Editor. OMG…CLEARLY I AM A “SOCIALIST LIBERAL LEFT WING DEMOCRAT”. I’ve been in the Skook all my life, and I am not going anywhere anytime soon. Good thing I know you won’t be looking at me kindly, quite sad, I would look kindly at you.

Thanks for your non- judgemental response to a very well written letter(sarcasm).Your attack on a well respected member of the Schuylkill County community is a good example of an inability to accept someone else’s opinion without calling names.Sad.
