During the opening day of the Republican National Convention, President Donald Trump officially got nominated as the party’s candidate for the upcoming General Election.

RNC delegates gathered in Charlotte, N.C., today to cast their votes for the GOP nomination.

Last week, at the DNC, Democrats formally nominated former Vice President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as its ticket for November.

So now, it’s officially Trump vs. Biden for all the marbles in November.

Announcing who would receive all of Pennsylvania’s 88 delegates’ votes was former Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta.

Here’s his tweet at the start of the RNC:

Also appearing with Barletta at the RNC this week is his own tan, which we feel deserves a nod:

Just how much sun has Barletta been getting lately?

This glow on the former Hazleton Mayor is remarkable.

He looks like Kramer on that episode where he didn’t get enough sleep and had to go meet his new girlfriend’s parents:

Barletta’s tan doesn’t look nearly as bad as Kramer’s, however. In fact, we think it’s right up there with some of the best tanned celebrities of all time:

Famous Tan Celebrities

Here are some famous tan people. Honestly, we think Barletta’s bronze has some of these folks beat.
