Born on January 3, 1942 in Ravine, he was a son of the late Harry and Frances Wenrich Raudenbush.

He was a 1959 graduate of Pine Grove High School.

He was a BT3 in the Navy having served on the USS Amphion.

Leonard worked for Bethlehem Steel Grace Mine at Morgantown.

Leonard spent his time raising his four children and helping raise his grandchildren. He loved fishing, camping, boating, reading, and spending time with his family, not allowing anything to stand or get in the way of enjoying life.

His love for life was untouchable. And most people would call him exceptional. He was the kindest, gentlest family man that would do anything for anyone.

Preceding him in death was a granddaughter Chelsea Eichert.

Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Rosemarie McGann Raudenbush; a son Gregory and wife Christy Raudenbush of Leesport; three daughters, Angela and husband Terry Wessner, Alicia Eichert and companion Gary Aungst, Jr., Andrea and husband John Harris, all of Pine Grove; 6 grandchildren, Kyrstin, Kaylin, Mallory, CJ, Luke and Logan; 5 great grandchildren, Zachary, Mason, Addison, Gracen, and Westyn; a brother, Roland and wife Patsy Raudenbush of Palmetto, FL; a sister, Eileen and husband Thomas Blew of Tuscarora.

A visitation was held on Thursday, August 6, at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove. Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Make-a-wish Foundation of Mid-Eastern Pa, 327 North Washington Avenue Suite 501, Scranton, Pa. 18503 Attn: Maggie O’Brien in his memory.
