It’s impossible to tell who could have put this here. The field of potential culprits is long. Millions, maybe billions (actually, everyone but a certain former First Family) believe Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen some very profound statements written across Graffiti Highway.
