The 2019 Schuylkill County Fair gets underway on Monday, July 29.
The Fair officially opens the gates to the public at 4 p.m. at the County Fairgrounds along Route 895 in Summit Station.

4H Horse Show + Meet the Horses
Not only do you get to see some equine competition, you have a chance to get up close and personal with the horses at the Equine Barn.
Schuylkill County Fair Royalty Crowning
Bend the knee before this year’s Schuylkill County Fair royal court. The Queen, Princess and Little Miss contests happen on Day 1 of the Fair.
Local Agriculture Judging
Who grew the best produce this year? The best day to check out the blue-ribbon winners is Day 1, when they’re freshest.
Local Truck Pulling
Gas and diesel-powered trucks from local drivers will be trying to outdo each other and test their vehicle’s power in the Local Truck Pull contest. Who’s going home with bragging rights this year?
New Individuals Concert
Cap off the night with a performance on the M&T Bank Stage by New Individuals. The local band performs oldies hits and has shows scheduled for 7 and 9 p.m.

Get to the Fair early to be one of the first through the gates. That’ll give you a chance to see the ribbon cuttings at the Richard Kreager Ag Arena and the Kids Corral
‘Show Us Your Dutch’ Contest
The Fair wants visitors to bring a pan of their best Pennsylvania Dutch delights, from sticky buns to scrapple, for a first-time contest.
Animal Shows
The Dairy Judging, Hog Show, and Rabbit Show all happen on Day 1 at the Fair.
