Meuser Says It’s Time to Move On from Mueller Investigation

Schuylkill County’s Representative in Congress says it’s clear. Dan Meuser (PA-9) says he believes there was no Russian collusion. There’s no obstruction of justice.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted report went public today. You can download and read it here.

Essentially, it says Trump-Russia collusion didn’t exist. There were 10 times he could have maybe possibly not really charged the President with obstruction of justice. But he didn’t.

You probably knew it all along.

So … it’s over, right?

If you’ve watched cable news or network news at all Thursday, you know they’re not done talking about it.

But, we should be.

Meuser agrees.

On Thursday evening, he posted the following message on his Facebook profile:

The results of the Special Counsel’s investigation are clear: no collusion, no obstruction. This was an extensive investigation, with access to every possible witness. It found the Democrats’ allegations to be unfounded.

With this behind us, we should now focus on the agenda to move our nation forward in the interest of the American people.

We can say this all we want but you know for the next two years, it’ll still be the only thing you hear about. And when they get hoarse, their backups start talking about how racist or sexist or evil Trump is.
