It’s time for one last look at potential snowfall on Tuesday in Schuylkill County.
This is the first likely plowable snowfall of the season and much of the area, according to National Weather Service, is going to see anywhere between 3-5 inches of snow by the time the storm exits.
Some locations in extreme southern Schuylkill County are more likely to see rain mix with snow at times, diminishing snowfall accumulation slightly. (Port Clinton: 2-4 inches)
Conversely, areas at elevation in Schuylkill County could see slightly more snow than most. (McAdoo: 4-8 inches)

After the snow moves out, get read for a blast of cold air, like colder than we’ve been experiencing.
High temperatures will be lucky to hit 40 over the next 7 days. And low temps will be in the upper teens to low-20s most nights.
However, on Thursday night, the forecast lows in Schuylkill County range anywhere from 7-12 degrees.
The chance of snow over the next week is minimal. Friday night, there’s a slight chance of snow showers in the area.
