Sealed Proposals will be received by the Greater Pottsville Area Sewer Authority for the Rental of a Rubber Tire Backhoe and a Dump Truck on an as needed basis.
Proposals will be received at the Authority office, 401 North Centre Street – Third Floor, P.O. Box 1163, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, 17901 until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on December 12, 2025 at which place and time all proposals so received will be publicly opened and read.
Copies of the specifications and other contract documents may be obtained from the Greater Pottsville Area Sewer Authority at the above address during normal working hours.
Bid Security in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) must accompany each bid.
