Schuylkill County Woman Charged After Allegedly Admitting to Supervising Underage Drinking Party

A Schuylkill County woman faces a corruption of minors charge after police say she supervised an underage drinking party involving 23 underage children at her home over the weekend.

​Stacey Daubert, 50, of Pottsville, is charged with corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor. Additionally, police say summary citations were filed against 23 individuals under the age of 21 for the purchase, consumption, possession, or transportation of alcohol.

​City police say they were dispatched to Daubert’s residence in the 400 block of Adams St. at about 11 p.m. on March 21 for a report of an underage drinking party.

​Upon arrival, officers made contact with Daubert, whom police identified as the homeowner and the only individual present over the age of 21. According to police, Daubert told officers that she was supervising the gathering.

​Police say they located 23 individuals under 21 -described by police as mostly high school-aged -attending the party where alcohol was present. While checking the property for additional people, officers observed open and empty alcoholic beverage containers throughout the residence and property, the document states.

​Saint Clair Police assisted at the scene.
