In this Showcase Q&A, Dr. Aucker discusses his transition from computer programming to healthcare, the legacy of Dr. Jack Dolbin, and the importance of proactive care.
What inspired you to start this business, and how did your personal journey lead you here?
My journey into chiropractic care began as a high school athlete dealing with back pain. After experiencing rapid relief—often within a day or two—through chiropractic care, I gained a firsthand appreciation for how powerful and effective natural, hands-on treatment could be.
While I initially pursued computer programming, it became clear that path lacked the personal connection and purpose I was seeking. Wanting a career centered on helping people, I turned back to chiropractic—a profession that aligned with my desire to improve lives in a meaningful, non-invasive way. That early experience as a patient ultimately shaped the foundation and mission of Revive Chiropractic.
What unique products or services do you offer that can’t be found elsewhere in our community?
Revive Chiropractic offers an integrated care model that combines chiropractic care and professional massage therapy under one roof, allowing patients to address joint, muscle, and nervous system health together.
A standout feature of our practice is the Revive Wellness Club, a monthly subscription designed to make consistent chiropractic care affordable and accessible. Members pay $89 per month (or can lock in a Founder rate of $85 per month by enrolling before the end of the year) and receive up to four chiropractic treatments per month. This model encourages proactive care rather than waiting for pain to become a problem.
Can you share an interesting fact or story about your business that most people may not know?
Revive Chiropractic’s story is deeply rooted in continuity and community care. In 2016, Dr. Jack Dolbin played a pivotal role in bringing me back to the area to help serve and support the local community. In 2018, the practice took a major step forward when Jack Dolbin Chiropractic was purchased and merged with Revive Chiropractic, preserving a trusted legacy while modernizing care.
As the practice continued to grow, the office was relocated in 2019 to allow for a larger, more functional space. In 2022, I hired Dr. Dawn Marie Grose to take over patient care, ensuring continued access to high-quality chiropractic services. Most recently, in 2025, Jessica Rivera, LMT, joined the team, expanding services to include professional massage therapy.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a small business, and how did you overcome it?
One of the biggest challenges has been educating people on what modern chiropractic care can truly offer beyond pain relief. By focusing on results, transparency, and patient education, we’ve built trust and long-term relationships—turning that challenge into one of our greatest successes.
How does your business contribute to the local community or participate in community events?
We are proud to serve and support our local community by participating in wellness events, collaborating with other local businesses, and providing care that helps people stay active at work, at home, and in the community. Supporting local families and small businesses is a core value of Revive Chiropractic. We provide donations for local organizations and individuals whenever possible.
What do you want customers to experience when they interact with your business?
We want every patient to feel welcomed, listened to, and confident in their care. Our goal is for patients to leave feeling hopeful, informed, and supported—not rushed or pressured.
