The Armusik Academy of Classical Art will present a group exhibition now through December 19 at the PSU Schuylkill Art Space.
The exhibition will feature artwork by founder Eric Armusik, his apprentices Marky Barto, Nadija Armusik, and Claire Hess, as well as students Anna Kayatin, Denise Stoker, and Robbie Fitzpatrick.
All participants have trained extensively under Eric Armusik and have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication to their craft.
Founded in 2018 by artist Eric Armusik, the Armusik Academy of Classical Art (AACA) is dedicated to teaching classical techniques of drawing and painting to students worldwide.
With over 20 years of teaching experience in his 31-year career, Armusik established the academy to help artists develop strong technical foundations and build successful, sustainable art careers. The academy offers workshops at the founder’s studio in Hamburg, PA, downloadable art courses, and live online instruction to students around the globe.
One featured artist, Robbie Fitzpatrick, a watercolorist from Houston and long-time student of Armusik, is currently residing in a nursing home while battling dementia.
This exhibition provides an opportunity to raise awareness of her artwork and to support her financially as she faces this challenging illness.
