Schuylkill Technology Center will be hosting its 31st Annual Vendor and Craft Show on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the STC-North campus in Frackville to benefit career and technical education in Schuylkill County.
Held since 1994, this event has helped raise funds to support student organizations, including SkillsUSA (formerly known as the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America), Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), and Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA).
The funds raised allow STC students to participate in various district, state, and national levels of competition to showcase their talents in their respective fields. Throughout the past few years, STC has had clubs sending students to competitions, earning gold, silver, and bronze awards.
STC is also a partner with the WNEP Feed a Friend Campaign. A barrel is set up in the lobby for anyone interested in donating a non-perishable item to help those in need this Thanksgiving.
For more information, contact Schuylkill Technology Center North Campus at (570) 874-1034.
