According to Ashland Police Chief Ger Daley, Emanuel Bach Collins, 36, of Ashland, was taken into custody in the 1300 block of Walnut St. in the borough at about 8 a.m. today.

Ashland Police were assisted in apprehending Collins by the U.S. Marshal’s Service and Butler Township Police.

Collins was wanted by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida on three felony counts of malicious and lascivious molestation.

He was placed in Schuylkill County Prison Thursday and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

These charges are felonious and conspired by a baby mother who wants to curse Mr. Emmanuel. I can’t believe they can arrest someone based on an allegation with absolutely no evidence. He is not a molestor and he has definitely not molested his sons. Free Emmanuel Bach Collins.

He has not being charged with these false allegations. Delete this article, he is not even processed as an inmate yet or has charges pending against him since he has not had a court date for you to post this article defaming him. Delete this as is false news.

He was charged. We saw the documents. What we’re reporting (on what police said) is true. That’s definitely what police said in this case.
