A Schuylkill County man is facing theft charges after an incident at a community in Zion Grove earlier this week.
According to information released by State Police-Frackville, they received a call on early Monday morning, a little before 7:30, from a resident at Cove Village, North Union Township.Â
Police say another Zion Grove man, Francis Szeliga, 59, went on to the back deck of a resident at Cove Village on Sept. 20 and took a pair of outdoor flood lights.
Szeliga is facing misdemeanor charges of theft and loitering and a summary charge of criminal trespass. A preliminary hearing date is pending, court records show.
