Reggie Crawford just got PAID!
The former North Schuylkill sports star collected a multi-million dollar signing bonus after putting his name on a contract with the San Francisco Giants.
According to a tweet from MLB.com writer Jim Callis, Crawford and the Giants agreed to terms on a contract late last week. That contract includes a $2,297,500 signing bonus.
In the 2022 MLB Draft, the Giants selected Crawford with the 30th overall pick in the 1st round.
Crawford had the option of signing a deal with the Giants after they drafted him, or going back to college, where he’d just transferred from University of Connecticult to University of Tennesee.
