There were numerous witnesses who testified before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on Wednesday about alleged election fraud during the 2020 General Election.
But none – outside of President Trump – got the reaction from those in attendance as Ret. Col. Phil Waldren got. Waldren was introduced as a voting systems expert who examined the actual vote counts and vote totals as they were reported from the time polls closed on Nov. 3 until the time Joe Biden was projected to be the winner of the Pennsylvania vote later that week.
“The voting systems in the US were built to be manipulated,” Waldren told the committee.
He also said voting systems like those used in Pennsylvania all use a similar code, they are connected to the internet, and can be hacked.
Voting Machine Expert Explains Impossible Vote Spikes for Biden in Pennsylvania
Specifically, Waldren told Senators and Representatives in attendance at the committee hearing on Wednesday at the Wyndam Hotel in Gettysburg to look at “spikes” in vote totals for Biden as opposed to Trump.
These spikes represented dumps of ballots that were recorded and allegedly counted after polls had closed. Walden explained the actual numbers that were dumped into the vote totals as statistical impossibilities.
“These are events where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that’s not feasible or mechanically possible under normal circumstances,” Waldren explained.
These spikes allegedly represent scores of mail-in ballots that Pennsylvania election offices received prior to and for 3 days after the close of polls on Election Day.
Jaw Dropping Testimony: Biden Beat Trump During Vote Spikes, 557,000 to 3,200
While those ballots were expected to favor Biden over Trump, the level at which they did, specifically in just a few Democrat-heavy counties in Pennsylvania, is nothing short of suspicious.
When Waldren explained just how lopsided these vote totals were, those attending the hearing Wednesday audibly and collectively gasped and then laughed at the absurdity of it all.
During the first of these massive dumps, Walden said about 337,000 votes were added to the system. And throughout the vote counting process in Pennsylvania, about 570,000 mail-in votes were dumped into the system. Of those hundreds of thousands of alleged voted, Trump received about 3,200. That means Trump received just one-half of 1% of the votes in those dumps.
After Waldren dropped that on the room, those in attendance gasped and then laughed in disbelief at what he’d just said.

Nothing to see here. That was the Democrat line when pushing votes thru in the weee hours. No need to observe. Nothing to see here. I think we have a water main break… go home (so we can put thru votes when nobody is here)

It’s troublesome that this GOP meeting in a hotel conference room is being called a hearing when it was not. We listened to 3 hours of *claims* during this meeting that did not occur under oath, in front of judges, or with evidence. Some speakers do have a high credibility factor, however, it remained unclear what their role was in this PA election. Certified R+D ballot counters claim that they did their job while Trump supporters tried to enter the building to observe. Where those who testified the actual certified observers or the community crowd? The one certified observer (Gary Feldman) falsely stated during this meeting that ultimately he was not permitted in sites, however, he personally posted otherwise on Twitter the day in question that he *was* able to access all sites, including the location with the certification discrepancy. This is concerning.

What’s really concerning is how the left has become so obsessed with where things are happening, hearing and press conferences, and not on the substance of those events. You voted for someone who ran a Presidential campaign from a BASEMENT!

The Trump campaign keeps presenting all these “facts” and “proof” to the public, only to have them retract it all when it gets into court where they could get in trouble for lying. You can say whatever BS you want in front of some gardening supplies, but when you’re in front of a judge, the real truth comes out. Consistently, as soon as the campaign puts these things to that test, they either end up self-retracting or getting tossed out because *there is no evidence of systemic fraud*.

I never wrote on Twitter on Election Day or any other day, about what happened. I had a Watcher Certificate issued by the Commissioners Office to allowing me into any polling place in the City of Philadelphia. I was clearly blocked from that polling place in the video. I never went back to that polling place. Other journalists, including liberal ones, who know the Pennsylvania Election Code, acknowledge that I right and was allow into the polling place seen in the video.
Other false claims have been made by sites such as Fact Checkers, who never interviewed me. So before you write and ramble about my twitter feed, maybe you should first be allow on it, which I have blocked from strangers.

Why is no Government entity (FBI? DOJ?) investigating this fraud? I feel like we are living in a bizarre world. I will never vote again if this F biden gets into office. OUR VOTES MEAN NOTHING IF THIS FRAUD CAN HAPPEN. NO ONE CAN CHANGE THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE!
