State Police are asking for the public’s help in determining how a stolen Audi was found submerged in Sweet Arrow Lake on Sunday.
Shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, a Schuylkill Haven Fire Dept. Dive and Rescue team along with Pine Grove Fire Dept. and EMS were joined by State Police at the lake’s boat launch area for a report of a vehicle submerged in the water.

Police say a white 2017 Audi Q7 was discovered by divers in about 8 feet of water in the lake. The vehicle was vacant, police say. Eventually, the Audi was removed from the water by Hammer’s Towing.
An investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen from Pottsville on May 4.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is being asked to phone State Police at 570-754-4600.
